While our facilities are secure, insurance for items in storage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend checking with your home and contents insurer, or speaking with a local broker, to make sure your belongings are covered while they are in storage.

If you are not sure where to start, we can point you in the right direction.

When you speak with your insurer, it can help to ask about:

  • Any limits, exclusions or waiting periods that apply
  • How to choose an appropriate cover amount for what you are storing
  • How excess and claims work if something goes wrong
